They have done some improvements like new fridges and microwaves. And if you give them suggestions on improvements, they'll be sure to keep making more improvements. I suggested that they offer razors for shaving... We'll have to see if they help us with that one.

The owners are a great couple if it wasn't for them me and my fiance would be some place else before we get moved to West Virginia. They have remolded the rooms and trying to get it looking better then what it was before they bought it 2 years ago. They do nightly and weekly rates.

It isn't a fancy place and doesn't have all of the bells and whistles when it comes to amenities, but the family that runs it are very nice people that charge a reasonable price. The rooms are very comfortable with everything you need including microwave and a large, well tall, mini fridge. The beds are super comfortable with nice soft sheets that aren't your typical boring white sheets. Strong wifi quiet area and so close to the rest of Monroe and anywhere else you need to go. Loved our stay, will be extending it and will always come back here when needed.
